What Personal Data We Collect

- Communication Data: Messages, prayer requests, testimonies, and partnership enquiries submitted through our website forms.
- Newsletter Subscription Data: Email address and subscription preferences provided when you subscribe to our newsletter via MailPoet.
- Giving / Donation Data: Transaction references for gifts made via PayPal, UPI, or Selar. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on the website — collected automatically via server logs and analytics tools.
- Cookies: Session cookies and preference cookies used to improve user experience. See Section 08 for full cookie policy.
We do not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric data, financial account details, medical records, or government identification numbers.

- MailPoet / Automattic — Email newsletter delivery and subscriber management
- PayPal — Secure international donation processing
- Selar — Digital giving platform for African and global supporters
- Google Analytics (if enabled) — Anonymous website traffic analytics
- WhatsApp / Meta — Community communication channel (subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy)
All third-party processors are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection law. We do not share personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for service delivery.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law:
- Newsletter subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe. All data deleted within 30 days of unsubscription.
- Contact / prayer request submissions: Retained for up to 12 months for follow-up ministry purposes, then permanently deleted.
- Donation records: Retained for 7 years as required under Indian financial record-keeping regulations.
- Technical / server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
